Interested parties should contact the Subcommittee NO LATER THAN MARCH 5, 2009, expressing their interest to testify in person. Clearly indicate your name, title, institutional affiliation (if any), telephone number, and email address. Clearly indicate the issue(s) you wish to testify on, and/or the agency, program, and desired funding level.
