INSTRUCTIONS FOR OUTSIDE WITNESS TESTIMONY FOR
FISCAL YEAR 2010

The Subcommittee on State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs will receive testimony from public witnesses on March 25-26. The deadline for outside witnesses to request to testify in person before the Subcommittee is COB Wednesday, March 18, 2009.

We request that written statements be sent to the Subcommittee as an electronic mail attachment to SF.Approp@mail.house.gov by COB Wednesday, March 18, 2009. Should you choose to mail your written statement, please submit two copies to the Subcommittee by that deadline, and it should be sent to:

Written testimony should not exceed five (5) pages, double-spaced, single-sided, and should not contain graphics other than what is printed on the organization’s letterhead.
