I’d like to start by thanking Speaker Johnson for his leadership on this continuing resolution and our plan moving forward.
Our nation is still facing high inflation as a result of the massive infusion of government spending during last Congress.
On Veterans Day, we pause to honor the courageous men and women in uniform who answered the call to serve. Our great nation is the land of the free because of the brave, and we are eternally grateful for the selfless Americans who have served and sacrificed to defend our freedoms.
At a time of soaring deficits, high inflation, and sky-rocketing national debt, House Republicans are refusing to cut a blank check for the Biden Administration and allow the Democrats’ extreme agenda to continue.
