Kay Granger (TX), the Lead Republican on the House Appropriations Committee, joined the Republican Leaders of three other House committees in sending letters to agency officials regarding rulemakings and other executive actions that clearly overstep the Biden Administration’s authority.

The revised allocations presented today do not change the spending levels that were adopted on a party-line vote last week. Because there are no substantive changes, I must once again oppose them.
