WASHINGTON – Top Appropriations Committee Republican Kay Granger (R-TX) praised the passage of the Senate-amended Emergency Supplemental Appropriations Act for Humanitarian Assistance and Security at the Southern Border.
"Hundreds of thousands of people have arrived at the border this year - more than 100,000 have crossed each of the last three months with 144,000 in May alone," said Granger. "Our nation is facing a crisis at our southern border, and it is getting worse by the day.

WASHINGTON – Top Appropriations Committee Republican Kay Granger (R-TX) issued the following statement after opposing the Democrats' Financial Services and General Government appropriations bill. The measure passed with a final vote of 224 to 196 - all Republicans present opposed the measure.
