Committee Announces LHHS Public Witness Testimony Submission Instructions

Washington, D.C. – The House Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies announced that written public testimony submissions will be accepted beginning today, February 23, 2026.

The deadline to submit written public testimony is Thursday, April 16, 2026. 
 
As in years past, all testimony must be in accordance with the guidelines below. It will then be reviewed by the subcommittee and included in the public record.
