Ranking Member Jerry Lewis Announces
New Appropriations Committee Hires
WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. House Appropriations Committee Ranking Member Jerry Lewis (R-Calif.), today announced the hiring of three new employees to the Republican staff of the House Appropriations Committee.
Stephanie Myers has joined the committee staff and is assigned to the Subcommittee on Agriculture. Prior to joining the Appropriations staff, Ms. Myers worked as the Deputy Chief Counsel to the Ranking Member at the House Agriculture Committee. She is a graduate of
Kent
State
University and has a J.D. from the
University of
Toledo .
Kevin Jones has joined the Republican staff and is assigned to the Subcommittee on Homeland Security, and the Subcommittee on Labor, Health, and Human Services. Mr. Jones previously worked for the Subcommittee on Defense Appropriations. He is a graduate of
James
Madison
University .
Jennifer Hing has joined the committee staff as Communications Director. Previously, Ms. Hing served as Press Secretary for U.S. Transportation Secretary Mary Peters, and as Communications Director for Rep. Joe Knollenberg (R/MI). She is a graduate of
Oregon
State
University .
