The following table shows when the funding contained in the Appropriations stimulus legislation will actually be spent. American workers and families are suffering now, but only seven percent of the funding will be spent this year. The bulk of the funding in this bill won’t be spent for YEARS – including 18% which won’t be spent until five, ten, or even more years after this bill is enacted.
