Washington, D.C. – Moving FY26 appropriations toward the finish line and delivering on its commitment to the American people, the House Appropriations Committee today released the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2026. Negotiated and delivered on a bipartisan, bicameral basis, the conferenced legislation for the Defense; Homeland; Labor, Health and Human Services, Education; and Transportation, Housing and Urban Development titles makes targeted Fiscal Year 2026 investments to support America’s brave military heroes, uphold strong border security and emergency preparedness, strengthen education and health, and bolster transportation safety and infrastructure.
