Washington, D.C. – House Appropriations Military Construction and Veterans Affairs Subcommittee Chairman John Carter (R-TX) and Committee Chairman Tom Cole (R-OK) today spoke on the House floor in support of the Fiscal Year 2025 Military Construction, Veterans Affairs, and Related Agencies Appropriations Bill (H.R. 8580). They highlighted how the legislation fully funds health care and benefits for our veterans, supports our military families and quality of life on base, and strengthens America’s defense.

Washington, D.C. – Today, the House Appropriations Committee met to consider the Fiscal Year 2025 Military Construction, Veterans Affairs, and Related Agencies Appropriations Bill. The measure was approved by the Committee with a vote of 34 to 25.

Washington, D.C. – Today, the House Appropriations Committee met to consider interim subcommittee allocations for Fiscal Year 2025, which were developed using the caps outlined in the Fiscal Responsibility Act of 2023. The measure was approved by the Committee with a vote of 30 to 22.
