WASHINGTON - Today, House Appropriations Chairwoman Kay Granger, Military Construction and Veterans Affairs Chairman John Carter, and Veterans' Affairs Chairman Mike Bost released the following statement after the House Appropriations Committee released the Fiscal Year 2024 bill that funds the Department of Veterans Affairs.
