I rise in strong support of H.R. 6938. As Chairman of the Energy and Water Development subcommittee, I worked hard to ensure this bill includes many House Republican priorities.

I rise today in support of H.R. 6938, a three-bill package covering the Commerce, Justice, Science; Energy and Water Development; and Interior and Environment appropriations measures for Fiscal Year 2026. These bills are the product of bipartisan, bicameral consensus and are grounded in a member-driven process.
