I’d like to welcome Federal Trade Commission Chair Lina Khan. I appreciate your participation in today’s hearing to give members of the subcommittee the opportunity to discuss the Federal Trade Commission’s Fiscal Year 2025 budget request and conduct oversight over the Commission.

President Biden has signaled he will defy the will of the People’s House and Congress by conditionally withholding weapons to Israel and asserted he will veto legislation ensuring critical deliveries are made. This is a betrayal of a great ally and signals that the White House will cower to its radical base and terrorist organizations like Hamas. Unlike the Administration, House Republicans will not waver in our ironclad support for Israel.
