Washington, D.C. – Today, the House Appropriations Committee released the Fiscal Year 2025 bill for the State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Subcommittee. The bill will be considered in subcommittee tomorrow, June 4th at 10:00 a.m.
Washington, D.C. – House Appropriations State and Foreign Operations Subcommittee Chairman Mario Diaz-Balart (R-FL) and Committee Chairman Tom Cole (R-OK) today reiterated the need for strong American leadership against rising threats and emboldened adversaries during a hearing on the Department of State’s Fiscal Year 2025 Budget Request. Their remarks laid out deep concerns with the Biden Administration’s weak foreign policy posture that has harmed both the security of America and our allies.
Washington, D.C. – Today, the House of Representatives passed the Israel Security Assistance Support Act to support our great ally and U.S. national security.
President Biden has signaled he will defy the will of the People’s House and Congress by conditionally withholding weapons to Israel and asserted he will veto legislation ensuring critical deliveries are made. This is a betrayal of a great ally and signals that the White House will cower to its radical base and terrorist organizations like Hamas. Unlike the Administration, House Republicans will not waver in our ironclad support for Israel.
